At Avenor Fragrances, we are committed to delivering your favorite luxury perfumes quickly, safely, and affordably across Pakistan. Whether you’re ordering signature scents or gifting a fragrance to a loved one, we aim to make the shipping experience smooth and reliable.

 

🚚 1. Shipping Coverage

 

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities and remote areas.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

⏱️ 2. Order Processing Time

 

·         All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

·         Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

·         Once processed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details.

 

📦 3. Estimated Delivery Time

 

Delivery times depend on your location:

Delays may occur during holidays, sale events, or due to courier service issues.

 

💸 4. Shipping Charges

 

·         Flat Rate Shipping: PKR 300 on all standard orders

·         Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 4000+

·         Any special delivery instructions can be added at checkout

 

📦 5. Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment using the courier’s tracking portal or contact us for assistance.

 

❗ 6. Undelivered or Delayed Orders

 

If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe:

·         First, check your tracking number and courier’s updates

·         If unresolved, contact us at avenorfragrances@gmail.com within 7 days of expected delivery

We'll help coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.

 

🔁 7. Address Errors or Delivery Failures

 

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, we may:

·         Resend the item (shipping charges will apply again), or

·         Offer a store credit (excluding the original shipping fee)
