Customer satisfaction is important to us, and while we do not offer refunds due to the hygienic nature of fragrance products, we proudly offer a 7-day exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience remains smooth and worry-free.
✅ 1. Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:
· The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
· Exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order
· A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) must be provided
· The item must not be damaged or altered in any way
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if the product shows signs of use or tampering.
🚫 2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note, the following items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable:
· Opened or used perfume bottles
· Custom orders or limited-edition gift boxes
· Promotional items, gift cards, and sale products
· Items without original packaging
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for used personal care products.
📦 3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In rare cases where your product arrives damaged, leaking, or not as ordered, we offer a free replacement.
To report an issue:
· Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
· Share clear photos of the product and packaging
· Include your order number and a brief explanation
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or suitable exchange at no additional cost.

To initiate an exchange:

2. Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and supporting photos if needed.
3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

· Use a trackable courier service to return eligible products.
· The item must be returned in its original packaging to avoid any damage.
· Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship your replacement.
